Gallery hopping
Returned to the Freer Gallery again to view the show Young Whistler: Early Prints and the “French Set”. There's something about the Whistler etchings that I find very appealing. The National Gallery has a good selection of his work online. Also returned to the National Gallery to view Six Centuries of Prints and Drawings: Recent Acquisitions. The show is an uneven collection of works that includes some very large etchings done in several sections.
