Doctor's Office Reading Material - While spending a little time recently in the doctor's office, I was reading the latest Sierra Club magazine. It contains some very good articles on the upcoming election, including speculation about some of the changes that could occur if Bush is reelected: “Bush budget slashes social, environmental programs to fund war effort”.

Anyway, I finished reading the magazine and was ready to put it in my bag to take home to recycle or to offer up to the magazine exchange at the local used bookstore. Looking around I decided that my fellow waiting patients could use some good, left-leaning literature, so I discretely slipped the mag into the pile of reading material nearby. Now that I think about it, I wonder how many others try to spread their message in this way.
