Bright Young Things - Saw Bright Young Things the other night at Cinema Arts. It was a bit like watching two hours of MTV videos; with frantic music and very quick cuts between shots. All of which was meant to impart the lifestyle lived by the rich young people running around London just before World War II. It was OK, but there was not a lot of character development, and thinking back on the movie after a couple of days, it's difficult to remember much of the content, a little like trying to remember what happened in a music video a day later.
