Looks like it will be very difficult to find out who wrote the energy policy, now that the Government Accounting Office decided to abandon their lawsuit to force Cheney to reveal which energy companies were involved. The Natural Resources Defense Council filed suit and won in Feb. 2002, but the energy task force documents they received were heavily censored.
