I've been riding the Rans recumbent lately and it's starting to grow on me. It takes a while to get the gluteus maximus in shape, since different muscles are involved than those used with an upright. The short wheelbase is also very squirrely, but after a while, riding it becomes much more enjoyable, and it's easier on my back and butt.
