Today was another Code Red day. It really felt like it when I rode out to look at a trail sight around midday. I thought I would ride really slow, but I was gasping for breath in no time, and could feel the dirty air penetrating my body. Maybe what I need is an air filter face mask. While in China, it seemed like half the people were wearing similar masks.
