"Right Of Way is a group of activists dedicated to asserting the rights of car-free street users -- including pedestrians, cyclists, and skaters -- and fighting back against car violence." They put together a report entitled Killed by Automobile, an analysis of pedestrian and cyclist deaths in New York City. Contrary to what most police think and say, most of the deaths were the fault of the driver.
