Having a really annoying problem with my NT box; it locks up every time I try to access the web site that was recently redesigned at www.co.fairfax.va.us. The situation has gotten so bad that I have to reboot each time it happens. Makes it kind of hard to check the pages that I'm responsible for updating when I'm at home. So I've rediscovered Lynx, the bare-bones web browser. The web doesn't get much more basic than this, and for fast downloads of text info, it's hard to beat.

If my media appearances continue at the same pace, I might have to start a world tour section ala Zeldman:
